Canadian, born in 1943, I live in Quebec city. In the early sixties, l'École des Beaux-Arts de Québec initiated me in the formal study of visual arts. Traveling in Egypt and Asia stimulated my interest for symbolism, metaphysics, mysticism and philosophy. Drawing, ink, watercolor, oil and since 1975, etching, are my favorite media

.
A member of the Association des Artistes de la Rue du Trésor, my work is exhibited on this street in Quebec City, mainly miniature etchings, inspired by my country's landscapes. I conceive and etch by hand on copper these images with various techniques of intaglio such as etching, aquatint and engraving. Each impression is printed in my studio on woven Rives 100% rag paper; and for optimum conservation, is mounted on a neutral pH mat.

Whether you are from the Quebec region, Canada or another part of the world, your sustained patronage enables me to continue my research into the vast field of visual arts.
